INTRODUCCIÓN Y ACEPTACIÓN DE LOS TÉRMINOS
Los presentes Términos y Condiciones (los “Términos y Condiciones”) regulan el acceso y uso de la plataforma en línea y aplicaciones de software proporcionadas por TESELLY, diseñadas para la gestión de ventas en plataformas de comercio electrónico.
El uso de los servicios de TESELLY implica la aceptación plena y sin reservas de los presentes Términos y Condiciones, así como de la Política de Privacidad correspondiente. En caso de desacuerdo con los mismos, el usuario deberá abstenerse de utilizar los servicios.
LOS SERVICIOS
Los servicios de TESELLY incluyen, pero no se limitan a:
Gestión integral de ventas en plataformas de comercio electrónico
Control y administración de envíos y pedidos
Registro y seguimiento de pagos
Gestión de inventario y stock
Generación de informes de mercado y análisis de competencia
Los usuarios podrán acceder a estos servicios mediante suscripción, con opciones de prueba gratuita por un tiempo determinado. La desuscripción de los servicios implicará la pérdida de acceso a la plataforma.
USO DE LOS SERVICIOS
El usuario se compromete a utilizar los servicios de manera lícita, sin infringir derechos de terceros ni violar ninguna ley vigente. Se prohíbe el acceso a los servicios para supervisar su rendimiento con fines competitivos sin autorización expresa de TESELLY.
PRECIOS Y PAGOS
Los precios y tarifas de los servicios de TESELLY se encuentran disponibles en la plataforma. Los pagos se efectuarán de manera mensual, salvo que TESELLY determine otra modalidad. En caso de mora, se aplicarán intereses sobre los montos adeudados y podrá suspenderse el acceso a los servicios. Cada plan de suscripción tiene una capacidad de uso definida y, en caso de que el usuario la sobrepase, se actualizará automáticamente al siguiente nivel de plan, con la tarifa correspondiente.
PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
Todos los derechos sobre la plataforma, el software y los contenidos proporcionados por TESELLY son de su exclusiva propiedad. El usuario no adquiere ningún derecho de propiedad sobre los mismos por el mero uso de los servicios.
CONFIDENCIALIDAD Y PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS
La información recopilada por TESELLY está sujeta a su Política de Privacidad. El usuario autoriza a TESELLY a procesar y almacenar sus datos conforme a la normativa vigente en protección de datos personales.
LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
TESELLY no se hace responsable por interrupciones en el servicio derivadas de fallos en la conexión a internet, mantenimiento programado o eventos fuera de su control. Tampoco garantiza la disponibilidad continua de la plataforma.
MODIFICACIONES A LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
TESELLY se reserva el derecho de modificar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento, notificando previamente a los usuarios mediante su sitio web o correo electrónico. La continuación en el uso de los servicios implicará la aceptación de las modificaciones.
JURISDICCIÓN Y LEY APLICABLE
Estos Términos y Condiciones se regirán por la legislación vigente en la República Argentina. Cualquier disputa será resuelta por los tribunales ordinarios de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern access to and use of the online platform and software applications provided by TESELLY, designed for managing sales on e-commerce platforms.
Use of TESELLY’s services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as of the corresponding Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree with them, they must refrain from using the services.
THE SERVICES
TESELLY’s services include, but are not limited to:
End-to-end management of sales on e-commerce platforms
Control and administration of shipments and orders
Recording and tracking of payments
Inventory and stock management
Generation of market reports and competitor analysis
Users may access these services by subscription, with free trial options for a limited period. Cancelling the services implies the loss of access to the platform.
USE OF THE SERVICES
The user undertakes to use the services lawfully, without infringing third-party rights or violating any applicable law. Accessing the services in order to monitor their performance for competitive purposes without TESELLY’s express authorisation is prohibited.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices and rates for TESELLY’s services are available on the platform. Payments will be made monthly, unless TESELLY establishes a different arrangement. In the event of late payment, interest will be applied to the amounts owed and access to the services may be suspended. Each subscription plan has a defined usage capacity and, should the user exceed it, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the next tier at the corresponding rate.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights over the platform, the software and the content provided by TESELLY are its exclusive property. The user acquires no ownership rights over them by merely using the services.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
The information collected by TESELLY is subject to its Privacy Policy. The user authorises TESELLY to process and store their data in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TESELLY is not liable for service interruptions arising from internet connection failures, scheduled maintenance or events beyond its control. Nor does it guarantee the continuous availability of the platform.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TESELLY reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, giving users prior notice through its website or by email. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the changes.
JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved by the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
